If you are looking for a premium belt setup for high intensity training, real world combat use, LEO/police duty carry, or and other demanding needs, you will be well equipped if you use our selection tool to build your perfect belt.
How does Build-a-belt work?
There are a lot of ways you can set up your belt, that means there are a LOT of options above for you to pick through! Take some time to make the right selections for you, in the following order:
First, the belt:
Start by picking your belt (see more in-depth information about our belt options here). Select one of our Dual Layer belts from KORE to be able to leave your holster and magazine carriers attached to the belt at all times, how a duty belt should be. KORE belts are cut to size, in the box you will find a 50"+ inner and outer belt, and you will trim it to the size needed. There will be a detailed instruction guide included that will make this easy.
Second, the holster:
Next, select the specs for the "Demon Duty" holster that comes standard in this package. You will make the following choices:
- Right or left handed.
- What firearm model the holster will be designed to fit.
- What light (if any) is attached to your weapon.
- Whether or not you desire the WRS hood mechanism that upgrades the holster to level II, if you select "No" your holster will still have passive retention, or Level I retention, meaning the weapon will still stay secure, but will not have the thumbbreak strap that keeps in locked in place.
- Whether or not you desire the Tek-Mount which makes it easier to switch between sidearms, and to adjust the cant angle. This is a fantastic option if you have multiple pistols, and may want to switch between them. We offer Demon holsters with JUST the Tek-Mount disc on the back so you can get additional holsters here at a more affordable price and switch between them in seconds.
- Style of the kydex material that will be used to build the holster and accessories. Choose from the standard plain black kydex look, black carbon fiber, or the basketweave textured material. The holster will be made from .093" thickness kydex in the appearance of your choosing (or .125" if .093" is not available), and the magazine carriers and handcuff carriers will be made from .080" kydex in the matching style.
Third, the taser holster (if needed):
The next selection you will make is the taser holster. If you require a holster for your taser, select one of these options from Blade-tech. The taser holster you receive will be flat black stylish injection molded plastic that will match perfectly with whichever appearance style you chose for your holster.
Fourth, the attachments:
Next, you will have to make the selections for up to 4 additional attachments to add onto the belt. You will be able to choose the position of each of these accessories and change them around very easily later. You will choose between the following options for each accessory:
- Pistol magazine carriers for several different magazine types, adjustable retention to fit your exact pistol magazine model
- Rifle magazine carrier for 5.56 magazines, adjustable retention to fit all AR-15 magazines on the market.
- Handcuff carrier, designed for Smith and Wesson chain style handcuffs, will fit many other handcuff models
- Pistol mag/handcuff carrier combo. This option will save some room on your belt, fits 9mm double stack magazines and Smith and Wesson chain style handcuffs, not compatible with the Tek-Mount system.
You can select "None" for any of these belt slot sections if you don't need all 4 accessories, allowing you to customize your belt for not only your needs, but also your budget.
Lastly you will decide whether you would like the Mini Tek-Mount system for all accessories, Choosing this option will add the Tek-Mount Mini kit to every belt accessory, so they can all be swapped back and forth and easily changed. Like with the holster you may want this upgrade if you are planning to change around your setup from time to time, for example you may want to carry multiple handcuffs one day, and another day that extra rifle magazines. You can find additional magazine carriers here and choose to receive them with only the Tek-Mount Mini disc on the back, ready to drop in to the Tek-Mount receivers on the belt.

There are so many things you can add via this selection tool, that you may be surprised how much the price can add up, but keep in mind we have set up the pricing so that building your belt setup here is significantly less than purchasing all of the pieces individually.
